Payment Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service total.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Payment Methods Accepted
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Zelle
- Tap-to-pay (contactless)
Please note: We do NOT accept Navy Federal Zelle payments.
Strict Dress Code
- Absolutely no pullover hoodies, turtlenecks, or tight-collared tops are allowed during service.
- Please wear tops that can be unzipped or unbuttoned to avoid disturbing your hair during or after styling.
- Clients wearing pullovers will be asked to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
No Additional Guests or Children
- No extra guests are allowed in the salon during your appointment.
- No children unless they are being serviced.
- This is for safety, space, and to maintain a calm atmosphere for all clients.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please call or text us if you are running late.
- We allow a 15 min grace period. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules.
- You may cancel or reschedule via phone, text, or through our online booking system.
- Failure to cancel/reschedule within the 24-hour window will result in loss of your deposit.
No-Shows
- No-shows are taken seriously. If you miss your appointment with no notice:
- Your deposit will be forfeited.
- No refunds or "re-do" services will be offered.
- Future bookings may require full prepayment or may be denied.
